Originally formed as an on-demand salesforce for early stage technology companies, founders Joe Buchanan and Neal Conlon realized that there was a need for an on-demand executive market. But how do you innovate and bring value?
Hiring fractional CFOs already was established practice for most CEOs, and fractional CMOs were next.
The FractionL Value Proposition
After interviewing hundreds of successful part time leaders (CxOs) and CEOs, the answer was obvious. There was no leading community of part time executives, no real standards, and finding leaders with truly relevant experience was nearly impossible. So we started by building a community of over 1000 top CxOs in all disciplines a CEO may need. Since most CxOs do not update their resume and LinkedIN profile with 2-4 clients they currently serve, we knew we had to get that critical data to help CEOs to find leaders that will accelerate their growth. Using artificial intelligence, we are now building in-depth profiles of our community members. We have shortened the onboarding process and most of our CxOs start the following week after an interview. We have streamlined the contracting process and reduced hiring risk, making a complete Fractional leadership team a reality.
